Step 1: Create a New Shortcut

First Right Click Desktop and Select New->Shortcut

Step 2: Type It Shutdown -s -f -t 000

This is will one box, type this "shutdown -s -f -t 000" without double cotes

Step 3: Finish It

After typing click Next, and put one name as shutdown.exe then click Finish
